Biography:

The Tin Man, also known as the Tin Woodman, is a character most famously known from the 1939 film, The Wizard of Oz.

In The Wizard of Oz, the Tin Man is encountered by Dorothy Gale as she journeys to the Emerald City. He is a woodsman made entirely of tin, lacking a heart and longing to feel emotions. He joins Dorothy's group, believing the Wizard of Oz can grant his wish.

The character has also appeared in The LEGO Movie 2, as a supporting character aiding the protagonists.
